that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting
held on July 27, 2010 have approved the payment of
First Interim Dividend @ Rs.0.70 per share of
14617500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each,
aggregating to Rs. 10,232,250/- and the
Record Date of payment of First Interim
Dividend is decided as 13th August, 2010. |
