of the company at their meeting held on October 26, 2010 have approved the payment
of Second Interim Dividend @ Rs.0.70 per share of 14617500 equity shares of
Rs. 2/- each, aggregating to Rs. 10,232,250/- and the Record Date of payment of
Second Interim Dividend is decided as 12th November, 2010.
