      GMM pfaudler's state-of-the-art Agitated Nutsche Filters and Filter Dryers for pressure and/or vacuum operation significantly reduce production time, improve product quality and minimize environmental exposure.

      Our innovative technology allows for filtering and washing of solids as well as drying in a single unit, resulting in a higher yield with no operator contact. Moreover, performing all operations in as enclosed system assures consistent product quality, simple validation as well as the required operational safety.

      Our Filters/Filter-Dryers can be optimized to allow for frequent changes in product compaign. It can also be offerd in High Pharma or Sterile configuratins as per FDA/MCA requirements.

Application:
      Our Filters & Filter-Dryers are successfully utilized in the Inorganic and Organic Chemical, Fine Chemical and especially the Pharmaceutical industries.
      Our Filters/Filter-Dryers can be customized for the process with a variety of options, namely, different shaft seals, bottom closure mechanisms, CIP, containment arrangements for toxic and other products.
      The size of a Filter/Filter Dryers is determined by the cake volume requirements and the characteristics of material to be filtered. We offer various sizes ranging from 0.1 Sq Mtr. to 12.0 Sq Mtr.
Material of Construction:
     GMM Pfaudler Filters/Filter-Dryers are offered in Stainless steel, Hastelloy and the special alloys. For extremely corrosive products, GMM Pfaudler offers Glass lined Agitated Nutsche Filters up to 3.0 M², Filter-Dryers, in Glass lined construction, are available with agitator made of exotic material.
International Code:
     The GMM Pfaudler Filters/Filter-Dryers, designed typically as per ASME pressure vessel code, can also be offered conforming to other international codes such as PED, Stoomwezen, AD Merkblatter etc. Filters/Filter-Dryers can be offered with 'U' Stamp, 'CE' marking, China Safety Quality licensing etc.
Pilot plants & Tests:
     GMM Pfaudler offers Pilot Filter Dryers for on-site test work. The user can gain experience with advanced features of GMM Pfaudler's equipment while gathering reliable scale-up and process data.
