GMM Pfaudler's fluoro polymer division manufactures various PTFE products in technical collaboration with Edlon Inc. USA.
Our range of products include:

CS pipe internally lined by isostatically molded PTFE liners. Sizes available are 25 mm to 2000 mm with maximum length of pipe as 3 Metres.

CS dip pipes & spargers intenally an externally lined by isostatically molded PTFE liners. Sizes available are 25 NB to 100 NB.

Teflon Envelope Gaskets. Sizes available are 25 NB to 200 NB.

Pure PTFE dip pipes and spargers.

Nozzle liners and bushes.
FEP lined pipes fittings. Sizes available are 25 NB to 200 NB.
   

 
Benefits

1.

The isostatic process makes the PTFE lining more resistent to permeation, thus leading to longer life.
2.

Dielectric withstands upto 50 KV as compared to approx 30 KV for paste extruded products. It has a higher threshold for temperatures vacuum and pressures.
3. It is ideally suited for application at full vacuum and temperatures of 200º C.
4.

Superior quality of the liner gives the pipes and fittings a very smooth internal surface and uniform thickness.

5. Improves piping abrasion resistance.
6. Isostatically manufactured PTFE lining has greater strength and has uniform liner thickness.
