Glass Lined Reactors
GMM Pfaudler's Reactors range from 63 Litres to 50000 Litres and are manufactured to DIN 28136 and Glasslined as per DIN 28063. Our reactors are supplied plug free.

AE Series
The DIN AE series reactors are a multipurpose range of reactors in a two piece construction with the main cover clamped to the base unit. The standard range extends from 63 Litres to 6300 Litres nominal capacity.
The BE series reactors with a small central opening for agitator entry. They are used in combination with Pfaudler′s patented Cryolock Agitator System. BE reactors are now the preferred choice world over for flexibility, reliability, and ease of maintenance. The standard range extends from 1600 Litres to 50000 Litres.
CE Series
The DIN CE series reactors are a multipurpose range of reactors in one-piece construction, eliminating the large main joint of the two-piece AE design. We manufacture sizes from 1600 Litres to 50000 Litres.

Stainless Steel Reactors
Glasslined Reactors in Stainless steel construction with highly polished exteriors to meet stringent cGMP and FDA requirements. With Glasteel® 4000 imported form Pfaudler, USA we can now offer a reliable glass lining of uniform thickness and quality on stainless steel. Our Stainless steel glasslined reactors are suitable for cryogenic processes, pure products and are easy to clean and sanitize.
We can offer the following accessories in SS 304/316: Drive hood, lantern, C–Clamps, fasteners, split flanges, side brackets, lifting lugs, jacket nozzles and sight and light glass flange.
Pharma Glass Reactors
Our standard reactors with the smoother, cleaner and more resistant Pfaudler Pharmaglass PPG. Imported from Pfaudler, Germany this glass offers better resistance to alkalis, practically free from heavy metals, and 3 times a smoother surface for better cleanability.
