Pfaudler UK Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under number 09271753 in the person of its legal representative, registered office at Unit 5 Lyon Road Industrial Estate, Kearsley, Bolton, BL4 8TG, as Data Controller (hereinafter, “Data Controller”),

 

HEREBY INFORMS

pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in the manner and for the purposes specified below.

 

1 - OBJECT OF PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE DATA

The Data Controller, in the course of its activities, processes your personal data collected upon your voluntary submission of such data in the application submission form of this website, under the “Work with us” section. This form offers the possibility of filling out pre-determined fields regarding your personal data and work experience, as well as attaching and sending your curriculum vitae.

 

2 – PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, broken down by the legal basis of reference:

2.1 Execution of the contract – fulfilment of legal obligations (Article 6 letters b and c of the GDPR)

The Data Controller processes the personal data received only for the purpose of selecting personnel and evaluating the candidate’s profile in relation to personnel recruitment at our Company.

 

3 - DATA RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided is not disclosed to third party recipients, being exclusively processed within the company.

 

4 - PROCESSING METHOD

The processing is conducted with manual and/or computerised and telematic tools, with the organisation and processing logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e of the GDPR, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that permits identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is processed.

 

5 - DATA PROVISION

Please note that, taking into account the purposes of the processing specified in point 2.1, the provision of data is mandatory; however, failure to provide such data or its partial or incorrect provision may result in our inability to perform the professional services.

In any case, applicants are invited to avoid including sensitive data in their curriculum (relating, in particular, to their health status or their religious, philosophical or political beliefs) whereby not relevant in relation to the selection of personnel.

 

6 - DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Pursuant to article 49 par. 1 letter b. of the General Data Protection Regulation, Pfaudler UK Ltd and GMM Pfaudler Group may transfer the personal data provided outside the European Union when this is necessary for the execution of a contract entered into by  the data subject and the data controller or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken upon request of the data subject.

 

7 - DURATION OF PROCESSING

Personal data is retained for a maximum period of 1 year or for the time established by legislation or by provisions issued by the Supervisory Authority.

 

8 - RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

At any time, you may exercise the rights granted by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and in particular regarding:

  • access to the personal data
  • having the data corrected or erased or else limit the processing that concerns you
  • opposing the processing
  • portability of data
  • withdrawing consent, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to revocation
  • submitting a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (the Data Protection Authority)
